We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 28 July 2021, 3 November 2021, 28 July 2022 and 29 September 2022 in relation to the variation to the terms of the joint venture between APSB and CCPSB for an integrated development in Bandar Johor Bahru, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor Darul Takzim (“Variation”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that APSB has on 10 February 2023 entered into a SSA with CCPSB to vary certain terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 28 July 2021 entered into between APSB and CCPSB (“Settlement Agreement”).
The Settlement Agreement and SSA shall be construed as one, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing.
