Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company has on even date drawn down partially on the Banking Facilities (“Facilities”) granted by United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd ("the Bank") upon the terms and conditions as stipulated under the relevant facilities and other related agreements.
