Preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per Redeemable Preference Shares ("RPS") payable semi-annually in arrears for the period from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 30 Dec 2022
2)  The last date of lodgment : 03 Jan 2023
3)  Date Payable : 17 Jan 2023

Remarks:

In accordance with the Constitution of Insas Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears. This preferential dividend of 1.9156% per RPS is pro-rated for the period from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022.
