The Board of Directors of AbleGroup Berhad (“Company” or “Vendor”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 November 2022 entered into a sale & purchase agreement ("SPA") with Arete Advisory Sdn Bhd (“AASB” or “Purchaser”) for the disposal of a unit of office suite at Centro Business Centre, Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Property”) for a disposal price of RM730,000.00 (“Disposal”).
