We refer to ABB’s previous announcement on 16 March 2015. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement. The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that Anakku Sdn. Bhd. (“AKSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABB, has fully redeemed its Sukuk Anakku earlier than its final payment due date (“Early Redemption”). With the Early Redemption, AKSB has completely retired its Sukuk Programme. This announcement is dated 25 November 2022. |
