Cumulative preferential dividend of 5% per annum on a cumulative basis on the Issue Price of the Redeemable Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (RCCPS) during the tenure of the RCCPS for the period from 27 November 2019 to 27 November 2022 (both dates inclusive).
 

Further to Reference No. ILC-25102022-00002 , Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 21 Nov 2022 (Instead of 17 Nov 2022)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 22 Nov 2022 (Instead of 18 Nov 2022)
3)  Date Payable : 25 Nov 2022 (Remain Unchanged)

Remarks:

Following the announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia on 14 November 2022 that 18 November 2022 has been declared as a Public Holiday, therefore, the "Entitlement Date" and "Securities transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.30 pm in respect of transfers" have been changed to 22 November 2022 instead of 18 November 2022 as previously announced on 21 October 2022.
