A.         We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 01.09.2022 and the announcements stated therein made pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the MMLR in relation to the default in payment by Dolomite Power-Shandong (HK) Limited (“DPSHK”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of DCB, in respect of credit facilities granted by Maybank International Labuan Branch (“Maybank”).

On 18.03.2021, the Kuala Lumpur High Court allowed an Application for Summary Judgement filed by Maybank.  Subsequently, Maybank filed a Winding-Up Petition dated 21.09.2021.  On 16.06.2022, the Court has given the Company until 04.10.2022 to settle the debt due to Maybank and in the event that the debt is not settled, the Company will be wound up on 04.10.2022.  The winding-up proceedings by Maybank will only proceed if DCB fails to settle the debt due by 04.10.2022

B.         We also refer to the Company’s announcement dated 22.07.2022, 01.08.2022 and 01.09.2022 made pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the MMLR in relation to the default in servicing interest for the banking facilities granted by Public Bank Berhad (“Public Bank”) to four (4) indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company viz Dolomite Properties Sdn Bhd, Dolomite Industries Company Sdn Bhd, Dolomite Industrial Park Sdn Bhd and Dolomite Engineering Sdn Bhd.

The Company wishes to inform that the Company is still putting its best effort to regularise the banking facilities.
