The Board of Directors of BCB Berhad ("BCB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company, has on 9 August 2022 entered into a ("SHA" or "the Agreement") with Onlyee Flora Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201701033287 (1247458-D)] to incorporate a joint venture company in Malaysia to be known as BDD Development Sdn. Bhd. (or such other name as may agreed upon between the Shareholders), with its registered address at No. 4B, 2nd and 3rd Floor, Jalan Sentol, South Wing – Kluang Parade, 86000 Kluang, Johor (the “JV Company”). The proposed business to be undertaken by the JV Company are project management, property management and construction projects, and such other business as may be agreed between the Shareholders.
