We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 50,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the HSI.
The HSI-HE7 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 May 2022 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-HE7 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 18 July 2022.
The HSI-HE7 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2022.
A summary of principal terms of the HSI-HE7 is set out in Table 1.
