We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 01.06.2022 and the announcements stated therein made pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the MMLR in relation to the default in payment by Dolomite Power-Shandong (HK) Limited (“DPSHK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dolomite Technology (HK) Limited which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DCB, in respect of credit facilities granted by Maybank International Labuan Branch (“Maybank”). On 18.03.2021, the Kuala Lumpur High Court allowed an Application for Summary Judgement filed by Maybank. Subsequently, Maybank filed a Winding-Up Petition dated 21.09.2021. On 16.06.2022, the Court has given the Company until 04.10.2022 to settle the debt due to Maybank and in the event that the debt is not settled, the Company will be wound up on 04.10.2022. This announcement is dated 1 July 2022. |
