We wish to announce that the HSI-CQH expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 June 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Level of 22,039.00 was determined based on the final settlement level for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts immediately on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CQH's Exercise Level of 27,450.00, holders of HSI-CQH will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CQH will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-CQH shall terminate absolutely.
