Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 18 April 2022, 22 April 2022 and 13 June 2022 in respect of the JV Agreement between TBBM and CSB.
Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 18 April 2022 in relation to the JV Agreement between TBBM and CSB.
The Board of Directors of MPCB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 16 June 2022, granted the Company an extension of time up to 17 September 2022 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirement pertaining to the submission of draft circular on the Proposed Joint Venture.
