The Board of Directors of Matrix wishes to announce that Matrix Parking Solution (S) Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Prospect Builders Sdn. Bhd.) [Registration No. 199401007386 (293065-K)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Matrix had on 13 June 2022 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Netton Resources Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200001022657 (525264-D)] for the proposed acquisition of a unit of freehold commercial lot held under Individual Strata Title Geran 98687/M1/2/68, Lot 71517, Section 15, Mukim of Damansara, District of Petaling, State of Selangor measuring approximately 68 square metres and bearing postal address known as Unit No. Y-B1-02, Block D’aman Kayangan, No. 1, Jalan PJU 1A/41, Ara Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor for a total cash consideration of RM500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Hundred Thousand only).
