We wish to announce that GDEX-C2 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 20 April 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of GDEX-C2 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GDEX-C2 x (RM0.2214 - RM0.3800) x (1/2)
= Number of GDEX-C2 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.2214 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the GDEX Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and GDEX-C2 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of GDEX-C2 shall terminate absolutely.
