= Number of SKPRES-C8 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SKPRES-C8 x (RM1.5879 - RM2.0000) x (1/4.0000)
= Number of SKPRES-C8 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.5879 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SKPRES Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and SKPRES-C8 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of SKPRES-C8 shall terminate absolutely.
