The Board of Directors of UCI (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 January 2022 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Mr. Liew Thiam Leong (“Seller" or "LTL”) for the purpose of acquiring 25,000 ordinary shares in Opus Development Sdn. Bhd. ("ODSB") ("Sale Shares"), representing 5.0% of its equity interest, from LTL for a total cash consideration of RM1.0 million only (“Proposed Acquisition”).
