Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 14 December 2021 in respect of the resignation of Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company. The Board of Directors of NOVELPLUS wishes to announce that Messrs. HLB LER LUM CHEW PLT, having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 15 December 2021 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
