The Closing Price of RM2.636 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of DIALOG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than DIALOG-C71's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of DIALOG-C71 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised DIALOG-C71 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the DIALOG-C71 shall terminate absolutely.
