The Closing Level of 23,905.00 was determined based on the final settlement level for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts immediately on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CIH's Exercise Level of 28,400.00, holders of HSI-CIH will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CIH will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-CIH shall terminate absolutely.
