ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD  ("TOPGLOV") ("TOPGLOV-C1P")

We refer to the announcement made by TOPGLOV dated 17 September 2021 and our announcement dated 22 September 2021 in relation to the Special Dividend of 1.6 sen per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 19 May 2021, the terms and conditions of TOPGLOV-C1P shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
