We refer to the announcement made by COMFORT dated 10 June 2021 and RHBIB dated 11 June 2021 pursuant to the issuance of up to 174,132,912 new warrants in COMFORT ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing shares in COMFORT ("COMFORT Share(s) or Share(s)") as at 5.00 p.m. on 24 June 2021 ("Bonus Issue").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020, no adjustments will be made to COMFORT-CE pursuant to the Bonus Issue as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of COMFORT-CE.
