We refer to the announcements made by VS dated 21 May 2021 and RHBIB dated 24 May 2021 in relation to bonus issue of up to 768,315,246 free warrants in VS ("Warrant") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 5 VS Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 10 June 2021 ("Warrants Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Issue of Warrants").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020, no adjustments will be made to VS-C49 pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of VS-C49.
