We wish to announce that the BURSA-C34 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of BURSA-C34 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of BURSA-C34 x (RM8.9959 - RM10.50) x (1/10) = Number of BURSA-C34 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM8.9959 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of BURSA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised BURSA-C34 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the BURSA-C34 shall terminate absolutely.
