Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 July 2020 and subsequent announcements, as well as the circular to shareholders dated 4 September 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of SIGGAS, Kenanaga IB wishes to announce that the Company had on today submitted to Bursa Securities an application for the voluntary withdrawal of the listing of SIGGAS from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
