Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Adjustments, (i) the existing number of 20,234,950 Warrants A will be adjusted into 40,469,900 Warrants A, whereby the additional 20,234,950 Warrants A will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 November 2020; and (ii) the existing exercise price of Warrants A will be revised from RM0.38 to RM0.19.

In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll A, the Adjustments shall take effect on 25 November 2020, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.

The notice to the holders of Warrants A (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course.
