Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants E will be revised from RM0.05 to RM0.50 each while 113,289,563 Warrants E will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 November 2020 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments").

Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll E, the Adjustments takes effect from 5.00 p.m., 3 November 2020, being the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation.

The notice to the holders of the Warrants E (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course.
