With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 50,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ECOWLD, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

ECOWLD-C2 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ECOWLD-C2 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2019, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 February 2020 and the Term Sheet for the ECOWLD-C2 dated 09 July 2020.

A summary of the principal terms of the ECOWLD-C2 is set out in Table 1.
