We wish to announce that the DIALOG-C47 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of DIALOG-C47 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of DIALOG-C47 x (RM3.0323 - RM3.15) x (1/3) = Number of DIALOG-C47 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM3.0323 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of DIALOG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised DIALOG-C47 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the DIALOG-C47 shall terminate absolutely.
