We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 36,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over SP500 by way of market making. The SP500-HL is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SP500-HL is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The SP500-HL is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under SP500-HL are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. A summary of the principal terms of SP500-HL is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 12 March 2020. |
