Further to the announcement made on 23 July 2018, the Liquidators of the Company are pleased to inform the contributories that the Company has obtained tax clearance on 17 December 2018 from the Inland Revenue Board. Final distribution of the remaining monies in the cash trust account will be made in January 2019 and the actual date of the distribution will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 28 December 2018. |
