DRBHCOMC83 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2018 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. DRBHCOMC83 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 31 October 2018, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 December 2018, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 June 2019 and the Term Sheet dated 27 June 2019.

DRBHCOMC83 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of DRBHCOMC83 is set out in the attachment.
