We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 33,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DRBHCOM by way of market making.

The DRBHCOMC86 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The DRBHCOMC86 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. The DRBHCOMC86 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2018. The obligations of MCSM under DRBHCOMC86 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018.
