We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 25,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DRBHCOM by way of market making. The DRBHCOMC90 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The DRBHCOMC90 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. The DRBHCOMC90 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2018. The obligations of MCSM under DRBHCOMC90 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. A summary of the principal terms of DRBHCOMC90 is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 30 August 2019. |
