We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KOSSAN by way of market making. The KOSSAN-C3 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The KOSSAN-C3 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The KOSSAN-C3 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019. The salient terms of the KOSSAN-C3 are set out in the attachment.
