Please find attached Kelington’s press release regarding the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to jointly develop a 2MV Green Hydrogen Production Hub in Selangor.

The Board of Directors of Kelington wishes to announce that the MoU was signed between Kelington’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ace Gases Sdn. Bhd ("Ace Gases"), Worldwide Energy Development Sdn. Bhd. (“WED”), and SKS Coachbuilders Sdn. Bhd. (“SKS”).

The aforesaid MoU is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on Kelington at this stage.
