Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 21 February 2025. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcement.

The Company wishes to update that the petition was officially withdrawn by the Petitioner without liberty to file afresh (“Decision”).

The Company’s appeal against the Sessions Court’s judgment under Civil Suit No. WA-B52NCvC-29-01/2020 and WA-B52NCvC-366-10/2020 is scheduled for further case management on 18 August 2025 at the High Court.

The Decision is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on the Group, apart from legal fees and related disbursements incurred in respect of the same.
