Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad獲得了一份約 RM 801.8 百萬的合約。
該合約原本於 2025 年 1 月由其全資子公司 Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd 接獲一份來自 NEXTDC Sdn Bhd（澳洲 NEXTDC Ltd 在馬來西亞的附屬公司）的大型資料中心建設工程，其金額為 RM 375.5 百萬。
隨後該合約經由 3 項變更工作 (variation orders) 把合約總額由 RM 375.5 百萬提高至 RM 801.84 百萬。
該合約預計完成時間為：
• Stage 1 Phase 2 預計至 2026 年 4 月完工。
• Stage 2 和 Stage 3 Phase 1 預計至 2027 年 2 月。
公司公告表示：這份增額後的合約將對 2025／2026／2027 財年之收益與淨資產產生「正面貢獻」。
基本面：RM8.02亿合约已坐实，订单厚度充足未来两年是“兑现年”。
看点：接下来 2–3 份季报里，关注（i）项目进度与收入确认节奏；（ii）建筑分部毛利率能否靠近板块龙头的区间；（iii）是否再拿到其他数据中心或大型工建单。
