Quick Update from Mitra Management :
1) NextDC DataCenter Stage 4 & 5 award results will be announced shortly.

2) Land in Puchong Prima worth 1.5 billion GDV is developing, expected to contribute to the earnings
from FY2027 onwards.

3) Land in Banting with 180 acre (huge lands) for industrial development has receive development approval from state goverment, Roadworks will start towards the end of this year.
