Hibiscus has sufficient oil reserves and still diligently looking for new assets to boost its reserves. Fluctuations in Crude oil price is good as we get to buy hibiscus at lower oil price and wait for crude oil price to recover. OPEC are the oil cartels and they would want others to follow - OPEC+ and non OPEC members. The conditions set by Russia and Saudi is plain simple - others should comply to the agreed cut and increase their compliance. Else, last two months 9M+ cut will be reduced for the rest of the year. Lol
