快科技10月30日消息，今年以来，DRAM内存、NAND闪存售价持续上涨，内存、硬盘价格也水涨船高，引发业界高度关注。

据央视报道，本轮存储芯片价格大涨，是全球市场多重因素叠加共振的结果。

一方面，为追求更高利润，全球主要存储芯片厂商把大量产能，转向用于人工智能和数据中心的高端芯片，导致传统存储芯片供应锐减。

另一方面，存储芯片行业本身具有周期性，在经历前期价格低迷后，厂商主动减产去库存，加快了供需关系逆转，推动价格进入上行周期。

从9月起，存储芯片价格开始上涨，进入四季度后涨势加快，下游厂商争相备货，有生产企业产线满负荷运转，仍然供不应求。

某半导体公司负责人表示，存储芯片现货市场涨价幅度有60%到80%不等，个别畅销存储芯片型号涨价达到100%。

据了解，存储芯片应用广泛，需求持续放大，后续仍有很大的市场潜力。

业内人士认为，综合当前市场需求旺盛、供给短缺及产业周期上行等多重因素，本轮存储芯片的价格强势预计还会持续一段时间。

Ekovest wishes to announce that our subsidiary, Lebuhraya DUKE Fasa 2A Sdn Bhd (“LDF2A”), had on 5 May 2025 received a letter from the Government on the approval of the proposed privatisation of the Laluan Istana – Kiara Expressway (LIKE) (formerly known as Istana Link) and Kampung Baru Link Expressway (KBL) (“Proposed Project”).



The proposed privatisation of the Laluan Istana – Kiara Expressway (LIKE) and Kampung Baru Link Expressway (KBL) shall be implemented by phases, whereby Project LIKE will be implemented in Phase 1 while Project KBL will be implemented in Phase 2.

Phase 1 Project LIKE – The Government and LDF2A shall proceed with signing of the concession agreement after it has been checked and cleared by the Jabatan Peguam Negara; and
Phase 2 Project KBL – Unit Kerjasama Awam Swasta (UKAS) shall finalise the salient terms of the concession with the relevant ministries/agencies and LDF2A within a time frame of up to 31 December 2026.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia as and when there is a material development in relation to the Proposed Project.
