from the recent few reports, there have been mentioned of JB RTS development bringing more projects in JB. latest report mentioned lower profit due to expansion of operation. meaning yet to peak. don't forget it yet to mention any projects in Penang. I recalled they have been expanding to Penang too and optimizing Evermix assets there. but there have not been latest update on this.

no doubt the market is expecting higher profits and not just mere rm4 mil ++ especially retailers as Esceramic doesn't really have institutional investors due to ace market. the question is why management is artificially suppressing the number by impairment and charge out to capex these two quarters? hence the dropped from 0.22 to 0.19 now after the release of QR.

I won't as it probably would stay at this 0.18-0.20 range for the next 2.5 months. unless there s an aggressive SBB but it never happened thus far. the company just renew their authority but never bought anything. don't think there would be any good news or announcement except for an old rumor that moving to main market from ace. other than that it would be BAU until the release of QR in Jan 2027.
