With NTA 0.2161 and eps 7.31, it can be deemed that the current price is way too high. Even if the eps goes up 100%, per of 26 can still be considered high.....

..... also PE=51 It is excessively HIGH!! Reasonable PE could be in the range of 30 to 35, a potential dip of 30%!!!

For large size retailer , PE above 38-39 considered as very rich valuation. Most probably not many choices in Bursa for medium term investment…
