DVD:25 sen mcm kena jackpot!! PE is very low at 7.3, Need to increase their landbank as a catalyst to boost their share price. A more likely PE will be about 9~10 implies that there is a big room, about 30% for the price to appreciate! I am not surprised if BoD may plan for a bonus issue.
