I knew the reports were on the last days. If the quarter report is fantastic, GENT should report it as early as possible to discourage the GENM holdups unless otherwise:)
@Vin Vin, sorry, I edited my comment above to mean that I knew the report was often late. But, at this special takeover process, an exception should be made for a "good" quarter to influence the remaining GENM shareholders:) Especially the acceptance rate is not high and slow considerably.
