they should use the cash to SBB or cut labour cost with more robotics to reduce the labour.

sbb is a bad idea. automation is always in progress. cash should be well spent on diversification of business if glove industry cannot come back.

shares buy back is not good. should better use the cash for better expansion. well easier to say for me, just hope harta won't further dumped or depress anymore
