That's a tough question, hktee :) Fair value can vary depending on whether its intrinsic or relative; and the underlying variables/methods used. I saw one analyst rating from moomoo showing target price of 0.40 and 0.23 to 0.39 from alphaspread. Different people different fair value if you will.
