The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 14 July 2025, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had conducted a raid at the premises of NationGate Solution (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of scrap metal smuggling.
