Is not disappointing or unexpected. Technically we already know how much is the payout when 4QR came out.
LBS has a 30% dividend policy every year on the annual net profit. So is quite predictable.
With many more good projects in the pipeline, and close ties with China. Hopefully President Xi's visit will bring good luck to LBS.
