Budget 2027 will decide the future. Fingers crossed for better policy where Companies can grow.

No it won't. So don't put too much hope. Company will still be profitable, but no 'wow' factor

LBS has only started to launch some new projects. Earnings from new projects at soonest can see is 1st or 2nd QR 2027.

And till date the Solar Project Farm hasn't even complete yet. New expected date to complete is end of year 2026 and start operation in 2027.

Management just announced they need 8 more months to complete land sale in JB. So meaning the sale revenue & net profit won't be realized until 2027. If the management don't push for more projects, meaning this year net profit might not even hit 100 million and above like previous years. At this rate, this year net profit maybe 60-80 million

if u buy this share is lai that de,u dun known only,all share have they urself games de.........this share is buy lower price take dividend to cover time only...........not die but maybe ar 5-10 years one 1-2 time give u win more money,but u must known run lo....this kind share have some same egg or chicken share lai that playing ao......u think all property share same can running up and hold win big money ar.........Hahahaha
