2) LBS new venture into RE Sector: Hydrogen Plant
3) LRT / ART Project in Johor
4) Land Reclamation Project in Melaka
5) Shipyard Project in Melaka
6) National affordable housing project worth RM 13 billion. *(PMX to announce in Jan'25). LBS is one of the pioneers in affordable housing, so chances of being part this national project is highly likely.

I have just realized that KWAP has been heavily purchasing Top Glove shares.

I cannot say if is related, because KWAP is a big pension fund agency and they have shares in so many companies, but one thing for sure is that they have been buying a lot of Top Glove, and the funds have to come from somewhere.

So presumably whatever KWAP dispose in LBS, the proceeds is used to fund for the purchase of Top Glove.

Not sure what they see in Top Glove considering that their performance is not that good since the covid pandemic, and no dividend payout for 2 years already.

I am just theorizing there might be some relation considering that Tan Sri Lim Hock San & Tan Sri Lim Chee Wai are good friends with surname Lim.
