Agreed with you. This rto takes very long time to proceed and investors must have big patience on it to get the harvest.

Yep, and the hot money won't stay idle here for unknown period till the agreement is signed. That's why low volume and dull stock price performance lately. They will come back when the agreement is about to sign.
